At Gopher Engines we specialize in Domestic Gas and Marine Engines. Also available are drop-in Engines, a Sportsman's Package designed for enhanced low-end torque, Crankshafts, Cylinder Heads and Connecting Rods

Since 1948, Gopher has been rebuilding engines. Gopher began small, rebuilding 20 engines a month. As production and experience grew, techniques and quality were developed that produced a superior rebuilding process.

Keeping Pace

At Gopher Engines we purchase the latest technology. From an $8000 computerized torque wrench to a state of the art micropolisher for crankshafts, and an ultrasonic cleaner to remove dirt biotechnically, our superior equipment recreates a superior engine.

Immediate Availability

By sustaining an inventory of approximately 20,000 engines in different phases of the rebuilding process, Gopher can always provide their customers with quick delivery. Our engines are sold in 14 Midwestern states, with numerous warehouses to allow either local or overnight delivery. Additionally a fleet of trucks makes weekly deliveries to supply distributors. The main warehouse and rebuilding facility has over 80,000 square feet of engines ready to go.
